Woah . . . it March everyone and it’s just that much closer to being Spring! Oh how the time flies.
I know that a lot of you guys are excited to see the sun again, so much so that you’ve already started stocking up on your Spring wardrobes. Just hold on everyone it’s almost here!
Sperry Top-Sider is a nautical clothing brand that first launched with its shoes alone. Sperry is known for having created the first pair of non-slip boat shoes and was even considered as one of the official shoes of the US Navy during World War II. Sperry has since expanded into a full line of everything you need for a life lived in, on and around the sea.
The outfit pictured above is my ideal Spring look at sea.
The Sunglasses
These aviators are perf for protecting your eyes from the harmful rays of the sun as they can block 99-100% of UVA and UVB light – and they look
amazing too. These sunglasses are in the colour tortoise and they also come in the colour navy.
The Earrings
These earrings really do go greatly with the nautical theme. I mean a ship’s wheel – what could be more nautical than that? These are made of a polished metal and they also come in silver.
The Watch
This watch, the ‘Hayden Bracelet Watch’ comes in the colour rose gold and features the signature Sperry Wave-Siping™ details edged in a rope design on the face. And of course, it’s also waterproof.
Top an Bottoms
The top and bottoms aren’t from Sperry Top-Sider but they are really cute together. To get them you can use the links at the bottom of this post.
The Shoes
And last but not least, for the things that started it all – the shoes. Well . . . not these shoes exactly but you get where I’m going. These shoes are in the colour ‘Washed Red Whale Critter’ – say that five times fast – and they also come in the colour ‘Navy Whale Critter’.These ‘Critter Print Bahamas Eyelet 2’ shoes come equipped with arch support to enhance overall comfort, 360 lacing system with rust-proof eyelets to ensure a secure fit. And lastly, they have the signature Wave-Siping™ to create wet/dry traction with non-marking rubber out soles. I love the whale and anchor pattern on them.
What do you think of the outfit?
Bye everyone and I’ll see you guys in the next post!
